We need to know if a student has a San Diego Fellowship.  This is part of how a student is funded.  Not sure where this is coming from.  Affects less than 100 grad students per year.

Please capture UC Cumulative GPA on a daily basis as an activity so we can start to have history on this field.

Historical GPA:  Cumulative GPA recalculated with every new grade entry
Need to start capturing it right away to create history, frequency of capture should be = daily for Activity Table

DISPLAY - VIEW LOGIC
Demographics > UC Cumulative GPA - Current = most recent, updated daily
Enrollment > UC Cumulative GPA (per Term) = last day of instruction + 30 days value will be set for the prior term

Question1: Do we have the last day of instruction in the calendar view?

Question2: How critical is the historical UC Cumulative GPA?

Question3: UC Cumulative GPA is overwritten when new grades are entered, how can previous UC Cumulative GPAs be calculated?  The DW has snapshots in some places, check the term based tables by refresh date to determine the last time the UC Cumulative GPA was updated.  Cannot calculate the UC Cumulative GPA from Term GPA, they are calculated with very different logic.
