New Fields: Transfer GPA & UC Cumulative GPA

Please make the following fields available in SAH:

Transfer GPA: Includes transfer work NOT marked as UC + marked as UC.

UC Cumulative GPA: Includes transfer work marked as UC + regular UCSD classes.

GPA: No calculations in SAH, displaying only what is in ISIS
