Cumulative term information, by student. For example, for a given term, in addition to term attempted units, term completed units, term passed units, term GPC, term GPA, also:

• cumulative attempted units
• cumulative completed units
• cumulative passed units
• cumulative GPC (grade point calculation units)
• cumulative GPA

I am copying Ryan Rose on this point because, it appears that for at least some of the cumulative-by-term data elements, cumulative transfer units are not included. This can become confusing when looking at a student's level by term if it does not match, for example, with cumulative passed units. So it is likely that these data elements should be made available both with and without cumulative transfer units. Ryan is able to provide more context on this, based on his previous work with the term data supplied in the Student Analytics package. Requesting Co-Instructor data in enrollment, enrollment census, and schedule views.

Use case: Honors program for students with minimum Major GPA, in addition to the UC GPA requirements.

I see student's permanent address info., but not email address.  Am I missing something?

There are business needs for both student email addresses and instructor email addresses that might not be well-served through Group Builder (for example - needs to be sent from a staff person's Outlook).

For example, conducting follow up with instructors of a specific class.

Or inviting student's who meet eligibility requirements to apply to participate in an academic honors program.

BIA has received feedback that there doesn't seem to be an easy way to filter out sections/classes that were cancelled. This would be useful when looking at/comparing classes offered.

1.  Advising staff have noted that students frequently would like to search the Schedule of Classes by unit value (i.e. looking for a 1 or 2 unit class).  Staff have requested that unit value be included with schedule data to assist with answering these inquires.  (Staff note this is also a common theme in student Reddit threads).
