New Fields: Commuter Status

Can we add a commuter status flag (or y/n field) that indicates if they have an active contract with HDH for housing so that we know people who live on campus? I've provided a query from the Housing DB to Russia in the past and I believe Sabrina Wong is the data owner from HDH.

Can we capture the historical term-by-term on-campus housing state? ISIS has screens in the housing module and there is a housing address we can check. Some of this data will become stale b/c student don't update their addresses very often.

Potentially -- Sabrina wong or Cathy Incandela should be able to provide insight on this -- she has a query that can pull if a student has had an active housing contract based on a specific date range or specific date using the Housing table instead of using the housing address
